What’s new in Tuu.

Tuu is now available in 12 languages: English, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Everyone picks their own from the top bar, and it follows them to every device, so your engineering team can enter data in Thai while your GM reads Insights in French. Menus, forms and questions are all translated, and Insights, chat replies and the weekly digest arrive in each reader's language, with the original always one click away. Figures are never altered in translation.

Uploading bills from the property floor is quicker too. On a phone, every proof box now has a Take photo button: snap the bill and it uploads straight away, resized so it goes through even on a weak connection, and iPhone photos convert automatically. And you can now choose the name Tuu greets you by: set a short user name on your profile and it appears in the top bar and your Insights greeting.

Insights now compare your property with a peer group of similar active properties, and they're more careful about it. A result that's improving but still has a way to go is described as progress, not praised as a finish line. Where there aren't yet enough comparable properties, Insights say so rather than guessing.

Hotels now work in quarterly verification cycles, so reviewed evidence arrives every three months. You asked, we built it: an Invite button beside your property name, so account owners can bring colleagues in from any page. We've also completed a round of security hardening across sign-in and data access.

Tuu View now draws your building in its true shape: a beach resort appears as a resort, a city hotel as a tower. Each property is set up individually, so what you see reflects where you actually operate.

Behind the scenes, the app now recovers by itself after we release an update. If a page was open during an update, it quietly refreshes instead of showing an error.

You asked, we built it. From Reports → Data Download, pick a date range and get a clean spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) of everything your property has submitted, with data points down the side and months across the top. It's your data, ready for owner reports, budgets or your own analysis.

Tuu View now has its own place in the top menu, so your property's performance at a glance is one click away. And if a period is reopened so you can correct something, it's now clearly editable, with filters that show exactly what's still outstanding.

Your Insights panel now shows every card at once, with a header saying exactly which month the data runs to, so you're never left wondering how current a finding is. Month labels now read correctly wherever you are in the world, and the average box and Portfolio charts consistently talk about your Tuu Verified Rating.
