Terry Blackburn

Founder

Terry Blackburn built Asia's largest real estate events business, the Asia Property Awards, which was acquired by NYSE-listed PropertyGuru in 2016. Over more than two decades in the region he has developed an extensive network across Asian property and hospitality, and now focuses on climate and impact investment. He founded Tuu in 2022 to help hotels and events improve returns by embracing sustainability best practice — making verified environmental performance a measurable business asset rather than a reporting burden.

Liam Barnes

Co-founder & Head of Asia Operations

Liam Barnes has spent nearly two decades in Southeast Asia, working across journalism, editing, communications and strategy. He has written, edited and consulted for leading newspapers, publishers and media businesses across the region before moving into brand strategy, communications and business development. As co-founder of Tuu, he leads growth, partnerships and commercial strategy.
