WHAT EVERY CYCLE INCLUDES
Whichever track you choose, every verification cycle produces a seven-section Evidence Pack that records what was verified, against which benchmarks, by HLB, and for which reporting period. The Pack structure is identical across Hotels, Events and ISO 20121 — what differs is cadence, supplementary outputs and external framework alignment.
